Refund and exchanges
1.) We thoroughly inspect ALL items before shipping. ALL SALES are final; ALL CUSTOM DESIGNED prices are final. WE DO NOT issue refunds on any made-to-order designs.
Deposits
2.) Your deposit is a part of your balance once your deposit is placed, your, materials are order. Please note deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your order after and during the start of production, you lose your doeposit with any payments you have made as well.
Color Swatch/ Design
3.)Please note a color in a photo may not depic the actual color. However, a swatch can be sent over, if we have it in stock.
Lace/Appliques
4.)Vendors may not have the exact appliques or even fabric depending on season. Please be open to other options.
Shipping Custom/ Made-to-order
5.)Please note that during peak season turnaround time is 3-4 months from the date of purchase for your item to be made and prepared for shipping.

Tracking of Package
6.) ALL orders will recieve a tracking number in an rare event that an item is lost or stolen in the shipping process. Zuri Ogletree LLC is not at fault or held resposible. However full insurance on your package will be placed. So it can be used to be refunded your total amount.

7.) Wedding Gowns and Gowns
The processing time for gowns may take anywhere from 3-6 months.
Cancelled Event: In an unfortunate event that your event is cancelled you are still resposible for the full total balance of your gown/dress which should be paid in full no later than the date of the event as record in our client records.
8.) Fraud
If any fraud is expeced with your payments, fraudlent refund request, fraudulent cancelling request, or trying to steal a dress and cancel payment once dress is recieved. You will be notified of fraud and you will no longer have access to shop Zuri Ogletree LLC as well your information will be given to the authorities and legal actions will be taken against you.
